How far is 1800 Atlantic from Downtown Key West?
We are 1.5 miles from the Atlantic end of Duval Street and 2.5 miles from Mallory Square.
 

What do we need to bring with us?
All the units are fully equipped, Full Kitchens, Full size Washer & Dryer. Iron & Ironing Board. All Linens and Towels are provided. You may want to bring beach Towels and a Hair-dryer. We start our guests with a starter pack of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. This is complimentary and meant to get you started on your vacation, we do not replenish these items.
 

Do the units have internet? What is the cost?
The majority of our units have internet access. If you need internet be sure to request one at the time you book.
 

How far is 1800 Atlantic Suites from the Beach?
We are literally 2 minutes walk to Smathers Beach, the largest beach on Key West. There are a variety of Watersports activities available at Smathers Beach and places to rent beach chairs.
 

Is there a shuttle?
Unfortunately there is no a shuttle. There is a public bus service that stops 3 blocks from the property on Flagler Avenue. There are Taxi’s available 24 hrs a day.
 

Are there Restaurants or Bar’s on site?
There are no restaurants or bar’s on the property. There are 3 restaurants and bar’s within a 5 minute walk from 1800 Atlantic.
 

Can we get and Early check in or a Late check out?
We cannot guarantee either of these due to the time to prepare units for the next guest’s arrival but we will do our best to accommodate you. We do charge $25 per hour for late check out after 10 a.m.
 

Is there parking? What is the cost?
You get one assigned covered parking spot with your unit. There is no charge for parking. There is also common area parking for additional vehicles. We do not allow motor homes, boats, wave runners or trailers on property.
 

Is there check in available 24 hours?
After our business hours security located at the west entrance will check in guests. Stays should be pre-paid to utilize late check in. Call to make these arrangements.
 

What is the maximum occupancy in a unit?
The maximum including kids is 4 in a 1 bedroom unit, 6 in a 2 bedroom unit and 8 in a 3 bedroom unit.
 

Do you rent Roll-Away Beds? Cribs and Highchairs?
Yes we do. Roll-Away Beds and Cribs are $10 a day. Highchairs are $5 a day.
 

Do you rent for one night?
No we are never able to rent for just 1 night. The least we ever rent for is 2 nights.
